SupplyMesh Connect provides operational automation, not guaranteed supplier performance. Merchants are responsible for supplier contracts, product data accuracy, shipping obligations, and customer communication. Inventory sync depends on supplier feed accuracy and Shopify API availability. Billing is handled through Shopify.
