SupplyMesh Connect processes store domain, product and variant data, inventory, supplier records, feed files, SKU mappings, order line items, fulfillment order IDs, supplier order records, tracking numbers, shipping details if dispatch is enabled, billing status, settings, and operational logs.

The app does not use customer data for marketing, does not sell customer or order data, and does not expose Shopify tokens to suppliers. Supplier portal users only see assigned supplier orders. PCD is used only for fulfillment and routing workflows if enabled. GDPR webhooks are supported and merchants can request deletion.
